1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Tatomo browser extension (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the data protection commitments outlined in this document. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Provider

Tatomo is developed and provided by:

Inline Manual Ltd Registered in England and Wales.

3. Description of Service

Tatomo is a browser extension that enhances Gmail shared inbox workflows within Google Workspace. Features include shared notes, internal ticket IDs, custom support footers, and Workspace-based data storage.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

You understand and agree that your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

5. Provided “As Is”

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Inline Manual Ltd does not guarantee accuracy, availability, reliability, or error-free operation.

6. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inline Manual Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Data loss
• Errors, bugs, or interruptions
• Security incidents
• Integration or compatibility issues
• Business, financial, or reputational damages

7. GDPR Compliance

Inline Manual Ltd is committed to complying with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR (where applicable).

7.1 Personal Data We Collect

When signing into Tatomo using Google OAuth, we collect:

• Name
• Email address

This is required for authentication and to provide access to the Service.

Tatomo does not collect or store:

• Email contents
• Workspace documents
• Notes or metadata stored in the user’s Workspace

All operational Workspace data remains entirely under the user’s Google Workspace environment.

7.2 Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data under:

Contractual necessity – to provide access and authentication

Legitimate interest – to operate and secure the browser extension

7.3 Data Storage & Location

Personal data (name and email) is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) located in:

Belgium (EU)

Tatomo does not transfer Workspace content or email data to Inline Manual Ltd.

7.4 Data Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as the user maintains an active Tatomo account.

Uninstalling the extension does not automatically delete stored personal data. Data will be removed only upon user request sent to:

7.5 User Rights (GDPR)

Users may request:

• Access to their personal data
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion (“right to be forgotten”)
• Restriction or objection to processing
• Data portability

Users may also lodge complaints with their local supervisory authority.

7.6 Data Security

Inline Manual Ltd implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. Users are responsible for managing access permissions and security settings within their own Google Workspace accounts.

7.7 Data Controller

Inline Manual Ltd is the data controller for the personal data collected during Google OAuth authentication (name and email).

8. Modifications to the Service

Inline Manual Ltd may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

Inline Manual Ltd may update this document from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
