Inline Manual Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of users of the Tatomo browser extension (“Tatomo” or “the Service”). 2.1 Data You Provide Through Google OAuth ​

When you sign in to Tatomo using your Google account, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address

This information is required to authenticate users and allow access to the Service.

2.2 Data We Do Not Collect ​

Tatomo does not access, collect, or store:

  • Email content
  • Workspace documents
  • Gmail metadata
  • Notes you create with Tatomo
  • Ticket IDs or footer content
  • Any content stored in your Google Drive or Workspace

All operational data created inside Tatomo remains stored in your own Google Workspace environment, not on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data ​

We use the personal data we collect solely for:

  • Authenticating your access to the extension
  • Identifying your Tatomo account
  • Providing and maintaining the Service
  • Securing the extension and preventing abuse

We do not use your personal data for profiling, marketing, advertising, or any unrelated purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing ​

We process your personal data under the following GDPR legal bases:

Contractual necessity – to provide you access to Tatomo

Legitimate interest – to operate, secure, and maintain the extension

5. Data Storage Location ​

Personal data processed by Tatomo (name and email) is stored securely on:

Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Belgium (EU)

We do not transfer your data outside the UK/EU.

6. Data Retention ​

We retain your personal data for as long as your Tatomo account is active.

Uninstalling the extension does not automatically delete your personal data.

Once requested, your data will be removed within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Sharing Your Data ​

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

Your data may be shared only with:

Cloud infrastructure providers (Google Cloud Platform – for secure storage)

We do not share your data with advertisers, marketers, or analytics providers.

8. Security ​

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, you are responsible for managing permissions and access controls within your own Google Workspace account.

Continued use of Tatomo after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
